Main responsibilities:

  • Planning primary sales, holding monthly forecast sessions with brand managers. Maintaining an appropriate level of forecast accuracy.
  • Monitoring production at established factories, prompt response to problems and delays in product supply.
  • Management of optimization of available stocks, monitoring risks of product write-offs due to expiration dates.< /li>
  • Management of assortment. Creating and deleting codes. Monitoring the switching between codes and the accuracy of plans for codes that are removed from the assortment.
  • Focus on forecasting changes in demand.
  • Communication with import managers and brokers, documentary support for the supply of products to Ukraine, obtaining import licenses from state authorities.
  • Formation of periodic reports and analytics at the request of management.

Requirements:

  • Higher education.
  • Work experience of two years or more in logistics or demand planning (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry).
  • Knowledge of the English language (oral and written) at the level of Upper- Intermediate and above required for global meetings and supply chain planning.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain processes.
  • Proficient user of MS Office, MS Excel proficiency at the level of complex formulas and summary tables.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP (preferred).
  • Possession of analytical skills: ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Attention to details, ability to process a large amount of information .
  • Self-discipline, responsibility and proactivity.
  • Possession of effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
