Logistician (purchasing disposition)
Functional duties:
- Determines the need for material resources and sets their delivery dates according to orders of the client;
- Orders material resources in the appropriate amount and terms according to the client's needs. If necessary, organizes unscheduled deliveries of material resources;
- Controls the supplier's fulfillment of contractual obligations, the amount of materials and delivery dates;
- Informs the supplier about deviations in the delivery. Communicates with the supplier to reduce debt;
- Disposals material resources with the help of the "Shortage report" tool if the supplier is in debt;
- Participates in the development and implementation of measures to improve the efficiency of the use of material resources (saving material resources, reducing the costs associated with their acquisition, delivery and storage, use production waste and secondary raw materials) and optimizationtions of supply plans;
- Determines the need for material resources and sets the calendar terms for their delivery according to the client's orders;
- Orders material resources in the appropriate quantity and terms according to the client's needs. If necessary, organizes unscheduled deliveries of material resources;
- Controls the supplier's fulfillment of contractual obligations, the amount of materials, and delivery dates. Notifies the supplier of deviations in the delivery. Communicates with the supplier to reduce debt;
- Disposals material resources with the help of the "Shortage report" tool if the supplier is in debt;
- Participates in the development and implementation of measures to improve the efficiency of the use of material resources (saving material resources, reducing the costs associated with their acquisition, delivery and storage, use production waste and secondary raw materials) and optimization of supply plans.
Our requirements:
- Full higher education (in the field: enterprise economy, accounting and auditing, financial affairs, analytics);
- Proficiency in English at a high level;
- Work experience from 1 year in the field of procurement;
- Confident PC user (MS Office);
- Experience in SAP and 1C will be an advantage;
- Ability to analyze a large volume of data;
- Leadership qualities and analytical skills, the ability to make independent decisions and the ability to learn quickly;
- Internal discipline, the ability to work in a team, an active life position, focus on the result.
