REQUIREMENTS:

· 3 years of work experience in the field of logistics;

· ability to work in a team;

· good knowledge of MS Office, excellent skills in working with Excel;

· discipline, responsibility, attentiveness;

· knowledge of the European road freight transport market and experience in finding the appropriate mode of transport.

· level of knowledge of languages ​​- English - B2 or Ukrainian - B2.

FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:

-compilation and formation of logistics routes in accordance with accepted applications for shipment, calculation of car capacity.

-ordering the necessary number of hired vehicles (cooperation with the logistics department).

-interaction with sales departments regarding complete information for delivery.

-control of accepting applications for shipment in accordance with the Regulation on the composition of finished products.

-control of traffic on routes and control of logistics (terms) of delivery of transportation services.

-interaction with drivers (forming and issuing tasks, maintaining communication).

-calculation of the preliminary cost of delivery, control of the cost of delivery, calculation of delivery coefficients.

-registration of shipments in the personal office of transportation services, interaction with representatives of transportation services.

- ensuring the document flow of the transport and technological process.
