Logist (Inbound Logistics Manager) in Productech Corporation

We are "Productech" - a Ukrainian team that manufactures in China and sells in America on Amazon, eBay, Walmart electronic brands of our own brands. Our product portfolio includes wireless headphones, bluetooth speakers, air purifiers, body massagers, voice recorders, and accessories. We have been working successfully since 2015, headquartered in Miami, USA.

Cooperation with Produсtech gives Ukrainians the opportunity to earn money on the American market, despite the war. That is why we are inviting a Logist to our team in order to have the opportunity to continue to grow.

We expect you and the team to help the business achieve strategic goals by ensuring timely delivery of goods from suppliers/transit warehouses to destination warehouses.

< b>Functional responsibilities:

• determining the optimal methods of delivery of goods from China to the USA (to the company's warehouses and marketplaces), based on the date of readiness, volume, characteristics of the goods, cost and delivery time;
• ensuring and controlling timely shipment/consolidation of goods at shipping warehouses;
• weekly formation of shipments (creation of shipments on Amazon) and their transfer to suppliers for shipment;
• weekly holding tenders for delivery services at the DDP rate among forwarders, choosing the optimal rate/route/delivery methods;
• contractual work and settlements with forwarders (calculation of the cost of services, verification of the correctness of invoicing, initiation of payment for the services provided);
• checking of documents for shipment, compliance with requirements for import and accounting ;
• constant expansion of the base of forwarders for international delivery;
• tracking trends and conditions of the market of international container transportation, the level of rates, transit time, establishing and updating standards for delivery time and costs;
• coordination of work with warehouses regarding the receipt of goods: control of timeliness and completeness of posting, correctness of balance accounting;
• claims work with counterparties on the subject of company losses caused by the fault of the counterparty;
• ensuring the relevance of inventory balances at different stages of movement, maintaining and controlling the correctness of accounting documents;
• searching and conducting negotiations with counterparties (carriers, transit warehouses);
• organization of customs clearance in countries of departure/destination;
• verification of permit documentation for transportation and customs clearance;
• analysis of logistics costs;
• preparation of reports and feedback on requests from external and internal customers of the company.

We expect you to have:< /p>

• experience in international logistics from 3 years, preferably in container transportation from China, sea/FCL/LCL, air delivery, courier services (ideally in the USA on Amazon);

  • technical literacy (knowledge of Excel, pivot tables, Google tables);
  • higher education;
  • orderliness;
  • attention to details;
