YOUR MISSION:

• Organization of deliveries of PUMA goods and equipment to Ukraine: coordination of deliveries with suppliers; preparation of documents for the customs broker; transport order; data transfer to accounting.
• Preparation of data and provision of information to sales teams regarding the status of cargoes.
• Delivery processing in SAP.
• Maintenance of statistical data on deliveries.

• Collection and arrangement of logistics documents.

YOUR TALENTS:

• Higher education (logistics, economics, technical ).
• English — Upper-Intermediate level (part of the interview will be held in English).
• Mandatory work experience of 5 years or more in a similar position.
• Experience of working with foreign suppliers, customs.
• Experienced user of MS Office package, knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Communication, ability to communicate with foreign suppliers, attention to detail, analytical skills, organization, responsibility, ability to learn quickly, orientation to quality result.
