CEMARK announces search for a Logist for, who will be responsible for ensuring the process of efficient and timely registration of orders, formation reporting, customer service and ensuring a high-quality level of service in the process of shipping finished products from the cement terminal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides strategic planning and manages logistics of trucks and transportation;
• Coordinates and optimizes the full cycle of orders;
• Controls qualitative and quantitative indicators vehicle shipments, delivery times, transportation costs and efficiency;
• Participates in problem solving and handles complaints;
• Adheres to cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness of delivery plans;
• Adheres to metrics and analyzes data to evaluate performance and implement improvements;
• Issues passes for the arrival of cars for the shipment of finished products in case of malfunctions of the automated product shipment control system;
• Controls and is responsible for the timely payment of carrier services on the delivery of cement by motor vehicle and checks primary financial documents;
• Negotiates with transport companies and participates in concluding contracts;
• Ensures the freight transportation process with the necessary documentation.

Requirements:

• Full higher education;
• Practical work experience in the field of road logistics and warehouse management logistics;
• Knowledge of standard logistics information systems, ability to analyze;
• Experienced user of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ;
• Knowledge of English and SAP will be an advantage.
