Logist in Ajax Systems

Ajax Systems has full-cycle production: from idea generation and prototyping to mass production and sales worldwide. Each department covers a certain operational need of the business in full. The company's specialists are involved at all stages: from the production line in Ukraine to the logistics center in Poland, from where the products are sent to distributors around the world.

Main responsibilities:

• Planning and optimization of delivery routes: development of the shortest, most economical and safe ways to transport goods.
• Selection of transport: selection of the optimal vehicle depending on the task, type and quantity of cargo.
• Documentation: preparation and maintenance of freight invoices, transport requests, internal documents.
• Delivery control: monitoring compliance with terms and conditions of transportation.
• Calculations: analysis of costs and finding ways to optimize them.
• Work coordination: interaction with internal divisions and external partners to ensure smooth traffic of goods.
• Ensuring timely deliveries of components for production.
• Organization and control of product delivery to the internal customer in compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Timely transportation of accompanying and official documentation by corporate transport or through the Nova Poshta service.
• Organization of international document shipments by service DHL.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in logistics, supply chain management or related disciplines.
• Experience with 1C or SAP.
• Experience with Nova Poshta's personal office.
• Knowledge of legislation and fundamentals document flow.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, organization.
• Ability to quickly respond to force majeure and effectively coordinate the work of drivers, carriers and other process participants.
• Negotiation skills.
