Purpose of the position:responsible for the analysis, construction and optimization of logistics routes and warehouse operations, implementation accounting and automated systems, control of the accuracy of the movement and placement of goods, as well as for the coordination of team interaction between all involved units. Ensuring the efficient, uninterrupted, transparent operation of the logistics system and providing the warehouse with the necessary materials.

Main responsibilities:

• Current management of physical and electronic document flow.
• Writing. relevant technical specifications for the purchase of the necessary equipment, materials and services.
• Organization of warehouse processes.
• Organization and support of the work of warehouse workers.
• Improvement and development of warehouse logistics processes.
• Planning of warehouse operations.
• Prompt resolution of non-standard situations in warehouse operations. efficiency.
• Maintenance of directories of the electronic document management system.
• Monitoring of goods in warehouses.
• Control over compliance with the requirements of current legislation, rules, standards, norms, provisions of the instructions on OP, industrial sanitation.
• Control over compliance by warehouse workers with established processes, rules for handling machines, mechanisms, use of collective and individual means protection.
• Conduct introductory workshopsguidance on issues of labor protection, fire and man-made safety.
• Formation of reporting documentation, archive formation.

General duties:

• Active work to achieve goals TCHHU.
• To adhere to the principles of the Red Cross movement and to work in accordance with them.
• To perform any other work-related tasks and duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education.
• Experience in the warehouse field from 2 years.
• Management of document management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, command of the English language.
• Confident user of a standard suite of office programs (Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, databases, Gmail, etc.).
• Experience with electronic accounting systems (WMS, 1C, Odoo, BAS, SAP and others) (preferred).
• Knowledge of the basics of bookkeeping, methods of working with computer and office equipment, information technologies.
• Experience in conducting negotiations and ensuring the process of their documentary support.
• Knowledge and understanding of the work of postal, transport and 1pl-5pl companies.
• Ability work independently and in a team, stress resistance, quick adaptation, high level of responsibility, organizational skills, friendliness, stress resistance, desire for continuous improvement, initiative, ideation, systematic logical thinking, attention to details.
• Responsibility, attentiveness, honesty.
• Knowledge and understanding of logistics processes.
• Knowledge and understanding of warehouses processes.
• Readiness for business trips around Ukraine.
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.
• Cooperation and teamwork.
• Ability to make decisions.
• Ability to cooperate with partners/contractors, local organizations.
• Ability to apply non-standard/innovative solutions in work.
