We are the Binocular Coffee company, which is a franchisor and has a network of more than 230 self-service coffee shops throughout Ukraine and 6 coffee shops of a classic format with a barista. We also have coffee production as part of the company - our own roastery and production of digital coffee shops. We have a qualified network development team and we are expanding it for the faster growth of the company. We invite to the team an analyst for the search for locations, the key tasks of which will be the search and analysis of the profitability of locations for the establishment of self-service coffee shops. Requirements: Knowledge of the city, the ability to move freely Communication skills Self-organization, time management skills Analytical abilities (understanding what affects profitability will be a big plus) Conditions Connections: Search and analysis of potentially profitable locations in specified microdistrictsCommunication with representatives at locations, tenants Entering work results into CRMTransferring information about locations to the Leasing ManagerWorking conditions: The opportunity to join a cool team that makes Ukraine, and later Europe, more coffee-friendly.
