Coordinator of the local team is a person who manages the work of the team, communicates with parents, monitors reports and reinforces the team as needed.
What is important to us?
- At least 2 years of experience working with children and coordinating educational projects.
- The ability to organize yourself and others, leadership qualities.
- Responsibility and stress resistance.
- Ability to establish communication within the team and outside.
- Strategic thinking, the ability to see perspectives and realize them.
- Full time, flexible schedule.
Tasks of the coordinator:
Coordination of processes in the team: planning, setting and control of project goals.
Formation of the work schedule of the space and schedule of classes, organization of open classes.
- Communication with parents and children, providing beneficiaries with all relevant information regarding classes.
Creation and distribution of announcements, photo reports.
Creating parent chats and supporting communication in them.
Reporting on team work.
Establishment of communication and cooperation with local government, representation of the center at the community level.
