Right now we are looking for a Local User Support Specialist

Main responsibilities:

• Ensuring local network performance: diagnosis, repair of LOM, reconnection of network equipment (routers, switches, etc.)
• Identification and elimination of problems with network access (including Wi-Fi)
• Support and maintenance of office and peripheral equipment: PCs, BFPs, receipt printers, scanners of SKI, TPE, TZD, etc.
• Initial configuration and testing of IT equipment before handing over to users
• Participation in incident resolution for the need of local intervention, travel to local UA facilities
• Receipt, accounting, distribution, transfer of IT equipment between divisions of the region
• Ensuring the availability and prompt use of the replacement fund of IT equipment of the region
• Interaction with the Repair Group and service partners regarding the repair of equipment that has failed
• Participation in the inventory of IT assets
• Inspection of UP objects and preparation of technical tasks (TOR) for the construction of new IT of nodes
• Construction of new IT nodes according to agreed plans under the leadership of infrastructure teams
• Participation in projects of relocation of units of the UE places
• Accepting work from subcontractors, preparation of relevant documentation
• Registration and recording of actions in the ticket system
• Escalation of complex cases to higher levels of support
• Preparation of work plans, participation in the formation of TOR for procurement
• Initiation and support of templates of typical operations, updating of instructions

The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

• Full or basic higher education in the field of information technology, telecommunications, computer engineering or related fields
• Experience in IT support for at least 1-2 years
• Experience in independent maintenance of office IT infrastructure (networks, computers, peripherals) is preferred
• Understanding the principles of building local area networks (LAN), knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
• Confident use of basic Windows administration tools (in including connecting to AD, setting up printers, merezh)
• Skills for working with peripheral equipment (printers, BFPs, scanners, receipt printers, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of powering IT equipment (UPS, extension cords, filters)
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation (diagrams, TOR)
• Skills for working with a service desk systems
• Ability to work with inventory systems / equipment accounting
• High level of responsibility and independence
• Ability to work in the field (visits to facilities)
• Communication, ability to work in a team
• Attention to details, accuracy in accounting and documentation
• Resistance to stress and the ability to quickly respond to incidents
