GENERAL INFORMATION
PF "Right to Protection" is a charitable organization that focuses on providing assistance to internally displaced persons, persons in need of international protection, persons at high risk of statelessness and persons without documents. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and implements programs for the provision of direct legal assistance throughout Ukraine, promotes changes in the national legal framework, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.
"The right to protection" is aimed at protecting and supporting the rights of internally displaced persons and the population affected by the conflict. The Fund monitors the protection and support of local community initiatives, advocates for the improvement of legal norms and policies, and provides free legal assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs). and is looking for a candidate for the position of Local coordinator for the provision of emergency cash assistance in the city of Poltava region).Local coordinator for providing emergency cash assistanceBO“BF "Right to Protection"" reports to the Coordinator for Emergency Financial Assistance.
Responsibilitieslocal emergency cash assistance coordinatorprovide information processing and general support for the activities of the BF "Right to Defense" at the regional level, in particular, but not limited to the following:
Coordination projects of providing emergency cash assistance in the area under the coordinator's control;
Organization of the work of teams to achieve goals, quantitative and qualitative indicators of the project.
Organization of the work of regional teams within the defined area to achieve qualitative and quantitative indicators of the project;
Ensuring proper maintenance of the database in accordance with existing instructions and quality control of filling the database by regional teams;
Collection, systematization and storage of documentation and materials based on the results of regional teams in paper and electronic form;
Collection of the team's financial documentation (invoices, etc.) in accordance with the procedures of the BF "Right to Defense";

Analysis of team members' performance indicators;
Monthly certification of time sheets of team members;
Ensuring regional team employees' understanding and implementation of the Code of Conduct and other internal policies of BF "Right to Protection";
Preference is given to candidates who have their own car.
Required skills/qualifications
Higher education;
Understanding the local context of internal displacement;
Awareness of humanitarian principles and standards of human rights;
Experience in organizing team work;
Knowledge of computer programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Good communication skills; self-presentation skills;
Tolerance; the ability to create tand maintain a friendly working atmosphere;
Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level will be an advantage;
Good analytical skills and attention to details;
Self-motivation, initiative, flexibility.
