Critically important organization - charity foundation "Peaceful Sky of Kharkiv" works along the entire front line. For high-quality implementation of project activities in the Mykolaiv region, we are looking for a Local Coordinator.

We implement humanitarian projects in regions that need support the most. If you have experience in the implementation of humanitarian projects, a desire to influence people's lives, work with international partners and implement initiatives that really change the country - join our team! 400">

Requirements for the candidate:

• Complete higher education (social, humanitarian, managerial or related);
• The presence of a driver's license and driving experience will be an advantage.
• Understanding the principles of charitable foundations and humanitarian organizations.
• Understanding the project management cycle (PCM)
• Experience in humanitarian organizations will be an advantage.
• Ability to organize work processes, plan and coordinate the activities of teams.
• High communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders
• Proactivity, initiative, independence in solving work issues
• Fluent command of Ukrainian and preferably English (Intermediate level and above for communication with international partners);
• Stress resistance, creativity, attentiveness, responsibility, teamwork, desire for development.
• Ability to work in conditions of constant change and anti-crisis mode, high stress resistance
