Functional duties of the local coordinator:

  • responsibility for the implementation of projects in accordance with the strategic plan for the development of the fund; 
  • coordination and cooperation with the crisis response department and other units of the fund; 
  • coordinating the work of the psychological and psychosocial support team in the region; 
  • documentary support, coordination with other departments of the fund of work processes; 
  • constant interaction with heads of departments to improve the efficiency of project implementation in the region; 
  • other potential projects on the ground in cooperation with other partners; 
  • timely reporting; 
  • cooperation and communication with regional authorities, partners and other public organizations.

    - knowledge of regional issues, understanding of partners and processes on the ground;
    - experience in project documentation;
    - the ability to organize a team;
    - skills in working with data, Excel in particular;
    - high motivation and the ability to work effectively in a team;
