Ukrainian charitable foundation "Voices of Children" invites cooperation of Local Coordinator

Voices of Children Charity Fund is a Ukrainian foundation that grew out of a volunteer initiative in Eastern Ukraine in 2015.

Our mission is to inspire and support children, to create conditions for children's voices to be heard, to support their resilience in the face of war. The foundation realizes its mission and aims to become an effective, sustainable and recognizable institution in the field of supporting children.

In August, the foundation " Children's Voices", in partnership with BF "Help" and the international organization Plan International, started work as part of the implementation of the "Relief to Protect (R2P)" project. » (Project to improve the protection and MHPSS mechanisms for conflict-affected children, adolescents, and their families in Ukraine"), which is financed by the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs (GFFO)"

Responsibilities :

- responsibility for the implementation of the Project in accordance with the approved plan;
- coordination and cooperation with the department of humanitarian and targeted support;
- coordination of the work of the cell team (psychological and psychosocial support, mobile teams, consultations, etc.);
- documentary support, coordination with other departments of the fund of work processes;
- constant interaction with heads of departments to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of the Project on the basis of the unit;
- timely reporting;
- cooperation and communication with regional authorities, partners and other public organizations.

Skills and experience:
- knowledge of regional issues, understanding of partners and processes on the ground;
- experience in maintaining project documentation;
- ability to organize a team;
- skills in working with data, Excel in particular;
- high motivation and ability to effectively work in a team;
- organizational skills to manage several tasks at the same time;
- ability to communicate and interact with people of different ranks;
- attention to details and the ability to independently determine priorities;
- the ability to make informed decisions and work in uncertainty;
- experience in humanitarian or human rights organizations is welcome.
