Ifyou’d like tobeapart ofour journey, please look atthe job description below! What will you doinSuperPlay? AsaMonetization QAEngineer, you will bepart ofthe Monetization Operations Team. You will create, manage, and test day-to-day in-game activities byworking closely with our in-house Back End system and coordinating between Monetization, Art, Economy, Product, and R&D departments tomake things happen: Configure, Validate and ensure the smooth execution ofpromotions, features, Live events, and A/B testing, end toend onadaily basis. Creating pricing configurations, managing assets, segmentation, etc. Manage technical requests from all departments. Conduct cross-platform manual testing (Android, iOS) including gameplay features, tools, and user flows. Writing test case documentation (STD, STP). Reproduce complicated bugs and Manage tickets with specific, clear descriptions through JIRA. Investigate Production live issues from our customer support team bymonitoring user data logs. Working incross-functional teams, including Unity game developers and back-end developers. Coordinate between all departments toimplement promotions according tothe Monetization calendar while understanding all business needs deeply. Monitoring Production alerts, Logs, and Daily KPIs. Atleast 1year ofproven experience asQA orTechnical Operations Manager. Strong technical skills. Autodidact with the ability tolearn and operate multiple applications simultaneously. Extensive experience with the flow and behavior ofgames ingeneral and mobile games inparticular. Excellent control ofMSOffice/Google Doc tools. High attention todetail and organized mindset. English proficiency both spoken and written. Ability towork from the office inKiev and work off-hours ifneeded. Problem solver with the drive toimprove and continuously learn. Analytic thinking and the ability towork with large data sets. Sharp, assertive hands-on go-getter, who thrives under pressure and never shies away from hard work.
