Професійна технічна підтримка та адміністрування ІТ інфраструктури клієнтів.

Створення та оновлення бази знань найбільш розповсюджених запитів та задач від клієнтів.

Досвід адміністрування/troubleshooting Linux, Windows

Досвід роботи з web-серверами (LAMP)

Досвід в оптимізації роботи серверу.

Досвід розгортання, підтримки та оптимізації серверів БД (MySQL)

Розуміння принципів роботи мережі на базі протоколу TCP/IP

Розуміння принципів роботи протоколу HTTP/HTTPS

Understanding the basics and principles of virtualization based on ESX, KVM, XEN, hyper-v will be an advantage.

Experience in the field of technical support will be an advantage.
