Linux Server administrator, Cloud Security Engineer in Ethora (Dappros)

Good afternoon!

We are looking for a long-term full-time candidate who will help us:

1) Improve the server infrastructure of our products (Node.js / Python, MongoDB, MySQL/Postgres, Apache Kafka, Docker, etc.) on Ubuntu Linux, which is usually hosted on AWS, but there are other platforms.

Must have:

• Verbal and written Ukrainian communication - !no candidates who can only speak English or Russian will be reviewed - our team uses Ukrainian for internal communications!

• Strong knowledge of administering and troubleshooting Linux servers , especially Ubuntu Server

• Basic or advanced English communication

• Knowledge of SQL DB administration (MySQL, MariaDB, Postgres) and/or NoSQL DB administration (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis)

• Understanding main principles of supporting server infrastructure for global enterprise customers (SLA, uptime monitoring, high availability / disaster recovery, backup policies, horizontal scaling, high load, IaC (Infrastructure as a Code) etc)< /p>

Nice to have:

• bash and Ansible scripting

• Docker, Kubernetes experience

• Understanding of on-premise, cloud and hybrid deployments

• Cybersecurity, OWASP top 10

• Knowledge of nginx, Minio, HAProxy - use platform agnostic open source solutions where possible

• Monitoring tools such as Zabbix/Nagios/Graphana/ELK

• AWS / GCP / Azure and horizontal scaling of applications there

• CI/CD, Git, Jenkins< /p>

• MLOps - experience working with Nvidia GPU hardware and/or Machine Learning pipelines

• Understanding of PubSub deployments such as Apache Kafka and MQTT

• Experience with messaging (Push Notifications, XMPP, Ejabberd)

• Good written and verbal English
