We are currently searchingLinkbuilder/Outreach Specialist that strives for development and demonstrates proactivity and responsibility.

• Niche: Education/AI tools
• GEO of projects: the main destination is the USA + other English-speaking and Spanish-speaking countries
• remote/hybrid as desired (office in Kyiv)
• Reward: $750 (bet + bonuses)

Tasks:

1. Analysis and selection of quality donors for placement of links;

2. ??Communication with webmasters regarding placement of links;

3. ??Purchasing links directly from webmasters and freelancers;

4. ??Searching and testing new placement sources;

5. ??Reporting and constant updating of the donor base;

6. ??Setting tasks for copywriters/content managers;

7. ??Constant tracking and verification of posted links;

8. ??Assessment of work efficiency according to the set KRI;

9. ??Work based on the bonus system (higher efficiency - more $).

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in the position of Linkbuilder/Outreach specialist from 1 year;

• Experience working with English-speaking markets (Tier-1);

• Experience working with highly competitive white or gray niches;

• ??Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate+ level (written);

• ??Understanding algorithms and principles of search engine operation and basic principles of website ranking;

• ??Knowledge of SEO terminology;

• ??Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS;

• ??Experience with systems for automating outreach processes (Buzzstream, Snov.io, Maishake, Ninja Outreach, etc.);

• ??Experience and understanding of the metrics of SEO tools (Ahrefs, Majestic,, Similarweb, etc.).

• ?Knowledge of Excel, Google Docs and Google Sheets;

• ??Experience with AI content generators (Jasper Al, ChatGPT);

• ??Understanding donor evaluation criteria for outreach, spam score, ability to independently distinguish a suitable donor for placing a link;

• ??Experience with task managers (Jira, Redmine, Trello, etc.);

• ??Ability to work with crm-systems for reporting on posted links and their types;

• ??Ability to work in a team and learn quickly;

• ??Diligence, strict adherence to deadlines and requirements;

• Proactivity and initiative;

• ??Desire to develop in link building or SEO.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience of getting links from edu domains;

• Experience in the Essay / AI Tools / EdTech niche;

• Ideally, experience in different GEOs: Spain, Portugal, Latin America;

• Knowledge of the Spanish language at Interme leveldiate.
