BrainRocket is looking for LinkBuilders to join our team!Requirements:- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in organic linkbuilding, specifically targeting regulated markets;- Proficient understanding of various link types, tools, HTML, and off-page SEO techniques;- Proven success in previous link-building campaigns;- Meticulous attention to detail, paired with exceptional communication and organizational capabilities;- Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate level or above);- Experience working full-time in-house within the IT/tech sector;- Proven expertise in both outreach and crowd link building methods;- Familiarity with spreadsheet tools, especially Google Sheets.Responsibilities:- Craft and manage a high-quality backlink profile;- Manage team of linkbuilders, monitor team progress, ensuring that link-building goals are met;- Provide regular feedback, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance;- Continually research and implement innovative backlink strategies;- Actively spearhead outreach and crowd link-building efforts;- Assess the quality of potential linking websites and identify valuable referring pages;- Engage with webmasters for guest posting opportunities;- Monitor backlink placements to ensure they remain active;- Seek opportunities for link exchanges to broaden the backlink profile;- Analyze industry trends and monitor key competitors to stay ahead;- Oversee the management and optimization of anchor lists;- Utilize tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Buzzstream, and others for effective link building;- Provide clear technical directives for content creators;- Continuously analyze and enhance the backlink profile and anchor list.We offer excellent benefits, including but not limited to:- Learning and development opportunities, interesting challenging tasks;- Opportunity to develop language skills and partial compensation for the cost of language classes;- Birthday celebration present;- Time for proper rest and 24 working days of Annual Vacation.
