What tasks await you: Support of users and the user environment (PC, software, peripheral equipment); Providing information and technical support to Company employees ;Optimization of the processes of supporting users of information systems, increasing the efficiency of processes;Keeping records of computer equipment and peripheral equipment. Necessary skills and experience: Higher/unfinished higher technical education; Experience in user support/technical support from 1 year; Familiarity with ITIL or MOF and understanding of basic processes and principles; Knowledge of MS Windows 10-11, Office 2016, Office 365 at the level of an experienced user/administrator; Understanding of the construction and functioning of PCs, peripheral equipment, mobile devices; Skills of remote user support both by phone and using remote connections (MSRA, Teamviewer and similar); Understanding of MS Active Directory, basic skills to work with MS Active tools Directory Users and Computers; Familiarity with ITIL or MOF and understanding of the main processes and principles; Understanding of the principles of operation of local networks and Wi-Fi and the basic skills of their diagnosis; Analytical thinking, the ability to learn new things, the ability to analyze one's own and others' mistakes; Stress resistance, the ability to arrange priorities; Ability to solve the user's problem at the first contact. It will be an advantage: Experience using MS SCCM and or Intune; Windows Server 12-19 administration skills in the role of Print Server, Terminal Server, File Server, RDS Server; Knowledge of Power Shell; IT equipment accounting skills; Category B driver's license and practical driving skills with a mechanical transmission.
