Line support engineer in FARLEP INVEST, TM Vega

What tasks await you: Support of users and the user environment (PC, software, peripheral equipment ); Provision of information and technical support to the Company's employees; Optimizing the processes of supporting users of information systems, increasing the efficiency of processes; Keeping records of computing equipment and peripheral equipment. Necessary skills and experience: Higher/unfinished higher technical education; Work experience in user support/technical support from 1 year; Familiarity with ITIL or MOF and understanding of basic processes and principles; Knowledge of MS Windows 10-11, Office 2016, Office 365 at the level of an experienced user/administrator; Understanding of the construction and functioning of PCs, peripheral equipment, mobile devices; Skills of remote user support both by phone and using remote connections (MSRA ) own mistakes; Stress resistance, the ability to prioritize; Ability to solve a user problem at the first contact. It will be an advantage: Experience using MS SCCM and or Intune; Windows Server 12-19 administration skills in the role of Print Server, Terminal Server, File Server, RDS Server; Knowledge of Power Shell ; IT equipment accounting skills; Category V driver's license Practical skills in driving a car with a manual transmission.
