🚀ABOUT PROJECT🚀
We are looking for a Level Designer to join our team. As a Level Designer, you’ll work as part of the game design team helping us to create and manage the heart of the game experience — thrilling, fun, well-balanced and interesting casual puzzle levels, that keep players coming back for more! REQUIREMENTS
🔹 Knowledge in game design, especially in match-3 games
🔹 Knowledge of game balancing and pacing
🔹 Understanding of level design concepts and ideas
🔹 Be passionate for any type of games, with advantage to mobile casual games
🔹 Great attention to detail
🔹 Be independent and proactive
🔹 Team player
RESPONSIBILITIES
🔹 Create new levels for a match-3 puzzle mobile game
🔹 Assess, re-balance and tune new and existing levels
🔹 Analyze (real-time) feedback and metrics, and adjust level design accordingly
🔹 Work with the team to ensure level consistency across the game
🔹 Review the new levels
🔹 Actively contribute to creative discussions surrounding feature reviews and new features
🔹 Remain up-to-date with Level Design best practices
🔹 Work closely with level QA, constantly improving level quality
🔹 Ensure that our game is fun to play!
