BF "Voices of Children" announces a competition for the position of Specialist in leisure organization. All-Ukrainian Charitable Foundation "Voices of Children" was founded in 2015 to help families affected by the war. We specialize in psychological help and psychosocial support for children affected by war. Currently, cells and mobile teams of psychologists of our Foundation work in 12 cities of Ukraine. Our website: https://voices.org.ua/ Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/voicesofchildren.ua In August 2023, the "Voices of Children" foundation started work within the framework of the "Help for Protection" project ( R2P) "Project to improve the mechanism of protection, mental health care and psychosocial support of children, adolescents and families affected by the war in Ukraine" in partnership with Plan International, GFFO (Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany) and the Charitable Foundation " Let's help." The project aims to improve the lives of Ukrainians who are facing the severe consequences of the war in Ukraine. It is aimed at supporting 6 critically important places covering three front-line regions: Kharkiv, Dnipro and Zaporizhzhia. Requirements for the candidate:- awareness of the values, ideas and mission of the foundation;- humane and tolerant attitude towards children, understanding of age-related psychological features of child development;- experience of working with children from 2 years old; - experience of working in pedagogical, camp, educational programs; - ability to create and implement various formats of programs for children in the field; - readiness to approach the search for solutions creatively and creatively and be ready to communicate with the child as equals; - the ability to work in a team; - the ability to write reports and communicate with external partners, representatives of local authorities, and employees in the field of education. Responsibilities: - organizing and conducting master classes, themed holidays, game parties, movie nights, field trips; - assistance/ assistance in conducting trainings, conducting informational meetings with IDPs; - communication between parents and employees of the Foundation; - assistance in organizing interviews, attending social events in communities; - visiting preschool, school and extracurricular institutions to disseminate information about the Foundation, holding workshops -classes and classes in the visiting format.-organization of part-time summer camps.Working conditions:- work in a cell and as part of a mobile brigade;- competitive salary;- official conclusion of a contract;- a team of professionals;- career growth.
