We are looking for an experienced and motivated Employee Legalization Specialist to join our dynamic team in Warsaw. In this role, you will be responsible for the organization and implementation of the legalization process of the company's employees. The position is open in Warsaw at the Company's central office. and processing of all necessary documents for staff employment. Consultations on legalization: Provision of consulting services on legalization of employees for other divisions of the company. Requirements: Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year. Understanding of Polish legislation on legalization of employees. High communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Good orientation in document preparation processes. High responsibility and attention to detail. Fluency in Polish (other languages ​​are an advantage). Bonus skills: Experience working with international standards of legalization of employees in similar companies. What we offer: Salary 4,500.00 zl-5,300.00 zl netto.
