Legalization Specialist in Human Group

HUMAN GROUP is an innovative organization that has existed in Poland since 2016 (previously operating dynamically on the Western market since 2012) and brings together 6 specialized companies responding to business needs in the field of recruitment, outsourcing and temporary work. Our dedicated business lines carry out recommendation projects for clients from specialists and managers and provide technological support to companies by providing IT project teams.

We are currently also developing our own technological product, the beneficiaries of which are distribution and production centers and other places where efficiency is crucial.

Your main tasks:

• independently preparing applications for issuing type A permits
• handling applications for issuing type A permits
• preparing documentation for residence cards
• submitting declarations and notifications
• contact with external entities, e.g. offices, embassies

Our requirements:

• experience in working at the Polish embassy or in a voivodeship office (foreigners department)
• at least 2 years of experience in the industry of legalizing the stay and work of foreigners
• experience in contacts with foreign recruiting partners
