Legal Support Specialist in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture capital world. Together with our co-founders, we are gathering strong teams to launch tech businesses and win on global markets.

Now we are looking for a Legal Support Specialist at Howly - a Ukrainian product in our ecosystem, who a) will fulfill the most responsible mission - to provide assistance in legal matters to our users via phone calls, online chats and help them solve their problems.

We want to revolutionize the field of online advice and are actively working on a platform that will make it possible.

The main tasks of this role:
- Provide answers to legal inquiries of clients via phone calls and online chats are the main channels of interaction;
— Advise customers by providing general legal information within the platform policies;
— Research regulations, laws and other relevant sources to form accurate and comprehensive answers;
— Assist in updating the knowledge base and FAQ section;
— Comply with internal instructions and policies to ensure stable and quality service;
— Work with chat platforms;
— Actively monitor new requests during the shift and effectively prioritize according to their urgency and importance.

What is important to us:
— Diploma in Ukrainian or international law (we also consider 4+ year students of the relevant specialty);
— Excellent knowledge of legal English (level not lower than C1 — confident written and oral communication);
— Understanding of basic principles of international law (ability to navigate key concepts and systems);
— Work experience of 6 months or more in a Ukrainian law firm — will be an advantage;
— Willingness to work remotely and provide appropriate technical conditions.

Minimum system requirements are required for comfortable operation:
— Internet speed of at least 25 Mbit/s
— Download speed of at least 1 Mbit/s
— Download speed of at least 6 Mbit/s
— At least 8 GB of RAM — Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 Quad Core

Evening: 16:00 — 01:00.
Evening: 16:00 — 01:00.
Night: 23:00 — 07:00.

In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation, a charitable fund created by the company's employees. Within the initiative, we create and finance projects that contribute to overcoming the consequences of the war and rebuilding Ukraine.
