Duties:—Communicate with customers about legal issues in English.—Process up to three chats with customers at the same time.—Follow all the necessary instructions to provide quality services. What skills are needed:—Knowledge of the English language: Upper Intermediate (B2);—Basic PC skills. It will be a plus:—Experience working in customer support or billing support teams; — Availability of legal work experience or legal education; — Zendesk and Zendesk Chat.
