Fintech Harbor Consulting is an international legal advisory firm focused on the FinTech sector. We help clients worldwide with company incorporation, licensing, banking, and ongoing legal support. With over 8 years in the industry and a strong marketing pipeline, we're expanding our sales team.
Who We’re Looking For
If you have at least 3 years of sales experience and are ready to grow in a structured, professional environment - we’d love to hear from you. A background in FinTech, legal services or B2B sales is a big plus.
While we’re not considering entry-level candidates at this time, we welcome driven professionals who are eager to learn, communicate effectively and consistently convert leads into results.
What You’ll Do
Manage inbound and outbound client inquiries (calls, chats, emails)
Conduct online meetings and introductory calls with clients
Work with objections and clarify client needs
Qualify leads (hot/warm/follow-up)
Re-engage with past leads
Closely collaborate with our legal team
Use CRM, Gmail, Excel and Word to track client progress and reporting
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales
Experience in face-to-face or voice sales communication is MUST.
Fluent spoken and written English
Strong communication and organizational skills
Confidence in using CRM, Excel and Word
Willingness to travel abroad for business events
