We are looking for a talented Legal Crypto Operations Officer to join our legal team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Operations Management: Ensuring the efficient functioning of cryptocurrency infrastructure and blockchain systems. Coordinating activities with technical, financial, and legal departments;
• Strategy Development: Developing and implementing strategies to drive the company’s growth in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies. Analyzing the market and competitors to make informed decisions;
• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining partnerships with banks, regulators, financial institutions, and other stakeholders;
• Goal Achievement: Defining and executing strategic goals for the company in the field of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies. Monitoring and reporting on performance indicators;
• Team Development: Training and developing the team, conducting negotiations, designing and implementing employee motivation and incentive programs;
• Expansion Planning: Identifying potential opportunities for business expansion into new geographic regions or market segments.

Essential professional experience:

• Degree in law or a related field;
• Experience in Cryptocurrency: Minimum 4 years of experience in cryptocurrencies, blockchain technologies, or fintech;
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory requirements and ability to work in a constantly changing regulatory environment for cryptocurrencies;
• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of technical aspects of cryptocurrency technologies, blockchain;
• Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct in-depth market analysis, trends, and data analysis for making informed strategic decisions;
• Project Management: Experience in project management with multiple stakeholders and complex technical requirements;
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with various stakeholders and internal teams.
• Good legal writing skills: ability to summarize and explain complex legal matters in a simple language;
• Upper-intermediate level of English is a must.

Вашими основними завданнями будуть:

• Управління операціями: Забезпечення ефективної роботи інфраструктури криптовалют та систем блокчейну. Координація діяльності з технічними, фінансовими та юридичними відділами;
• Розробка стратегії: Розробка та впровадження стратегій для забезпечення росту компанії в криптовалютних та блокчейн технологіях. Аналіз ринку та конкурентів для прийняття обґрунтованих рішень;
• Управління відносинами з зацікавленими сторонами: Встановлення та підтримка партнерств з банками, регуляторами, фінансовими установами та іншими зацікавленими сторонами;
• Досягнення цілей: Визначення та виконання стратегічних цілей компанії у сфері криптовалютних та блокчейн технологій. Моніторинг та звітування за показниками продуктивності;
• Розвиток команди: Навчання та розвиток команди, проведення переговорів, розробка та впровадження програм мотивації та стимулювання працівників;
• Планування розширення: Виявлення потенційних можливостей для розширення бізнесу в нові географічні регіони або ринкові сегменти.

Необхідний професійний досвід:

• Ступінь у праві або суміжній галузі;
• Досвід у криптовалюті: Мінімум 4 роки досвіду у криптовалютах, технологіях блокчейну або фінтеху;
• Регулятивні знання: Розуміння регулятивних вимог та можливість працювати в постійно змінному регулятивному середовищі для криптовалют;
• Технічна експертиза: Знання технічних аспектів криптовалютних технологій, блокchain;
• Analytical skills: Ability to conduct in-depth market analysis, trends and data analysis to make informed strategic decisions;
• Project management: Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and complex technical requirements ;
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with various stakeholders and internal teams;
