Our first product — is an investment education service that provides a range of advantages for individuals seeking to delve into stock trading. We empower users with valuable insights on becoming financially literate and enhancing their overall well-being.

What’s required :

• A higher legal education and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the IT industry.
• Fluent in English (including the ability to draft legal documents).
• Excellent knowledge in the fields of corporate law, international corporate law, AML, and contract law.
• Experience in working with foreign legal jurisdictions on corporate matters (USA, EU, Cyprus countries).

What you’ll do :

• Maintenance of the current legal activities and company operations.
• Legal analyses of applicable laws in different countries (e.g. the Double tax treaty).
• Making amendments and writing product policies (terms of use, privacy policy).
• Researching and analyzing potential legal risks in jurisdictions where the company operates (with a focus on the US, Europe and Cyprus ​​).
• Complying with legal norms in various areas of operation (data protection, marketing, payments, etc.).
• Assist with the setting up of processes within the GDPR compliance.
• Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements with employees /independent contractors and partners, internal policies, letters, and other legal documents.
• Selecting optimal jurisdictions for conducting business projects, assistance in registering companies and accounts.
• Forming and maintaining the legal structure of the holding company, interacting with external providers.
