Weare looking for anactive and thoughtful professional who will join our finance and legal team inarole of Legal Counsel . You will work with the Tax &Structuring Manager directly and contribute tothe development ofour Corporate function ofthe SKELAR finance and legal team and perform awide variety ofrelated activities. The main functions for this role include: —Manage day-to-day corporate document flow for legal entities inmultiple foreign jurisdictions (Cyprus, Gibraltar, USA, Estonia, Poland, etc.); —Lead communication with corporate administrators inmultiple foreign jurisdictions; —Support day-to-day operations ofmultiple teams via provision ofcorporate documents —Contribute tothe banking and payment services providers infrastructure via documentary support and KYCexecution; —Assisting with compliance matters inmultiple foreign jurisdictions; —Prepare drafts ofdocuments and agreements for intragroup financing arrangements; —Maintain and update various internal databases oncorporate information, documents, and agreements; —Handle legal support ofadministrative activities (e.g., filings, offices, corporate matters); —Perform ad-hoc corporate requests, asneeded. Skills and experience needed tojoin the board: —1+years ofprofessional experience inalegal orcorporate secretary position inamajor company, reputable accounting/audit/law firm, orcompliance position inaninternational bank/payment institution. Experience intech/IT industry would beanasset; —Corporate law knowledge: asolid grasp ofthe basics ofcorporate law and corporate governance and holistic understanding ofcorporate matters’ flow; —Ability todraft and review standard corporate documents; —Ability tofocus ondetails toensure and maintain data accuracy and consistency; —Structured thinking and excellent organizational skills; —Strong communication and written skills; —Practical and result-oriented approach; —Upper-intermediate level ofwritten and oral English isamust; —Proficiency inMSOffice/ Google tools.
