Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, focusing on corporate governance, commercial contracts, employment law, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, as well as anti-bribery and corruption.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Support the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance while balancing legal risks and business needs.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that impact the FinTech/Forex industry and the company’s operations.
• Follow up with requesters and relevant execution teams on the status of legal documents.
• Arrange for signing and stamping of legal documents.
• Maintain a list of all legal documents and ensure proper filing.
• Provide legal opinions for queries related to legal issues.
• Liaise with banks, card associations, partners, corporate clients, etc., for legal matters.

Requirements:

• Possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• Has 4 years of experience as a legal professional.
• Knowledgeable in corporate law, commercial law, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
• English Upper Intermediate
• Experience of working with Forex and Asian markets
• Able to negotiate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to balance legal risks and provide practical legal advice to non-legal stakeholders while supporting the business needs of the company.
