Development of new products: Participation in the creation and development of new banking products and services from the point of view of legal aspects. This includes risk analysis, compliance with legislation, creation of appropriate documentation and internal policies. 2. Legal advice of DIRP: Provision of legal advice on issues related to the bank's existing or planned financial products, including terms, risks, restrictions and legal requirements. 3. Verification of compliance with regulations: Ensuring compliance of the bank's developed products with all regulatory requirements and legislation, including monitoring the implementation of new rules and regulations. 4. Analysis of agreements: Review, analysis and preparation of agreements, terms of loans, credits and other financial instruments to ensure their compliance with legislation and internal policies of the bank. 5. Participation in strategic planning: Participation in the development of new product development strategies based on legal analysis and risk assessment. 6. Monitoring of changes in legislation: Follow-up of changes in legislation, development and implementation of strategies for adapting the bank to new regulatory requirements.
