Legal advisor in ABC Development

We are looking for a Legal Consultant for our client - a development company. An expert who will accompany legal issues in the field of construction, real estate and commercial leasing

Main duties:

• Legal support of construction projects (new construction, reconstruction, overhaul, lease)

• Preparation of contracts (design, contracting, supply, supervision, technical support, etc.)

• Working with land issues: lease, ownership, change of purpose, easement, division/combination of plots

• Preparation of official letters, requests, answers

• Representation in courts (if necessary)

• Other legal tasks on assignment manager

Our expectations:

• Higher legal education

• Experience in the field of construction from 3 years

• Knowledge of legislation in the field of real estate, construction, urban planning, land, civil and economic law

• Experience or knowledge of work in the EDESSB

• Vilna Ukrainian, competent document processing

• Work only in the office (not remotely)

• Lawyer's license will be a plus

• Ability to work independently, responsibly, systematically

• Initiative and result-oriented
