The main purpose of the position: Legal support of legal relations in the field of mobilization, booking, keeping military records, organization of labor relations in conditions of martial law, communication with the TCC, assistance in tax matters and legal protection. 

Necessary knowledge and skills for work:

• Higher legal education;
• Work experience of 5-7 years;
• Experience in retail, FMCG, legal companies will be an advantage.

• The presence of a certificate of the right to engage in advocacy mandatory;

• Knowledge of "military", tax, labor, economic, of civil law;

• Experience of accompanying inspections by controlling bodies and administrative/judicial appeals of inspection results (tax, law enforcement agencies, etc.); 

  
  

• Experience in providing oral and written consultations in various fields of law.

The main tasks you will face:

• Providing consultations for departments and company management, in particular on issues of mobilization, booking, keeping military records, rules for crossing the border, organizing labor relations under martial law, communication with the TCC, etc.;
• Supporting tax issues that arise in the course of the current activity of the enterprise (analytics, consultations, analysis of court practice and IPC);
• Representation of the interests of the company in courts, in particular support of tax disputes, labor and lease disputes, support of executive proceedings;

• Working with requests from regulatory bodies (prosecutor’s office, police, etc.);
• Providing legal support during inspections by regulatory bodies (TCC, tax authorities, state labor service, prosecutor’s office);< /li>
• Support of individual projects on behalf of the manager.
