Beetroot Academy is full of life! We are looking for a Learning Success Manager to join our team on a project basis. You will be responsible for supporting study groups within the framework of our social grant projects and communicating with students. You will help people start their careers and develop the IT community.

Your personal qualities and goals:

• You can create your own schedule and find a balance in the workload according to the needs of the project You like to help people and answer their questions
• You are not afraid to talk to new people and be proactive
• You can handle multitasking and large amounts of information

Your skills:

• You have 1+ year of experience in a similar position (customer manager, manager) from communications, sales manager, support manager, etc.)
• You understand how to organize your day around constant communication with students and routine work with information
• You know how to conduct public activities
• Excellent spoken Ukrainian and a good level of English (Intermediate), high level of written literacy
• Ability to use Google services

Will be a plus :

• You know how to work with CRM/LMS and auxiliary programs
• You have experience in social projects
• The ability to use Zoom, Youtube in event host role

Responsibilities include:

• Support students and alumni during and after the course
• Work with Learning management system (LMS), Slack and Zoom
• Communicate with teachers
• Hold events (in the evening, but no more than a few times a month) : group launch, retrospective, graduation
• Collect and analyze student feedback, as well as alumni success and employment stories
• Partly work with the alumni community
• Store all data in Google Sheets
• Collaborate closely with other teams and partners
• Resolve conflict situations
• Online team meetings and team tasks

This vacancy involves a 9-month contract with the possibility of extension, depending on the duration of the project.
