We are looking for an online learning course producer (LMS). We want to build a corporate university for our employees and make training effective and interesting. For this, we need a strong initiative specialist.
working and administration skills of distance learning systems (LMS) from 3 years

skills and experience in creating presentations (PP, Sanva, etc.)

knowledge and understanding of modern online learning principles

basic knowledge and understanding of project management;

knowledge of methods of analysis and identification of training needs;

responsibility and self-organization (ability to work independently and take responsibility for conducting training projects);

attention to details, communication and ability to work in a team;

flexibility, adaptability, creativity.

Functional Responsibilities

carried outand analysis of the needs of the target audience, determine and form educational goals;

design and develop human-oriented educational solutions using proven theories, practices and methods of modern education;

cooperate with internal experts from for the purpose of systematization and development of educational content;

to ensure the quality of educational content and consistency of content with set learning goals;

determine criteria for evaluating learning success, implement tools for measuring learning effectiveness in lms;

administer LMS, provide technical and informational support to users;
