We are dynamically developing and looking for a Learning (L&D) Manager, who will help us create a powerful development system for our employees.

Who are we looking for?

• Experienced in the field of B2B andsales and understands their specifics.
• A person who knows how to launch and develop an e-learning systemfrom scratch.
• A creative organizer who combines methodical work with modern IT tools
• An attentive, responsible professional who knows how to create interesting, useful and exciting content.

Basic requirements:

• Work experience in a similar positionfrom 2 years.
• Experience in the field of B2Bor sales (required).
• Experience in implementation or administration LMS (eg AcademyOcean, Collaborator) would be an advantage.
• Ability to create online courses and learning materials. Understanding the principles of e-learning and methods of teaching adults

What challenges will you face?

• Startup and administration LMS: 700">B2B and sales.
• Learning management:organization of distance learning, user consultation and development of instructions.
• Adaptation of new employees: creating an online unit and carrying out adaptation.
• Evaluation of personnel: implementation of an electronic evaluation system.
• Efficiency analysis:collection of feedback, preparation reporting, evaluation and program improvement.
• Collaboration with teams: identifying training needs in departments, especially in the areas of B2B and sales, and organizing trainings for promotion qualifications.
