Learning & Development Specialist

Lviv, remotely

You can work from an office in Lviv or remotely on the territory of Ukraine.

The Learning & Development team is responsible for the professional and career development of more than 900 specialists in 37 departments. Your main task will be to organize timely and effective training of employees.

You will

• process incoming training requests from employees, including coordinating them with stakeholders, overseeing the preparation of contracts and payments;
• organize group training of employees: gather needs, look for internal or external solutions, plan meetings;
• select educational service providers and communicate with them;
• to organize the English language training process for company employees;
• collect and analyze feedback from employees;
• work with content on the internal educational platform;
• participate in work on internal educational projects;
• prepare documentation and reporting.

We expect from you

• 1+ year of experience in Learning & Development / Project Coordination / Talent Management / Office Management;
• ability to negotiate diplomatically;
• skills in working with Google Sheets and Google Slides (working with data, preparing presentations);
• high level of customer orientation;
• command of the Ukrainian language;
• knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate+ level.

It will be an advantage

• to understand the principles of working with contracts and acts;
• knowledge of the market of educational service providers;
• love for computer games.
