What you will need to do: Conduct training based on existing programs, adapt them; Develop new training programs. Topics that are a priority for us: Soft skills, sales, service, training for managers. There is something else - offer; Development of methodical materials (presentations, checklists, standards, reminders, scripts, etc.); knowledge assessment. Depending on the evaluation results, conduct additional training; Develop and implement training material: modules, exercises, games and other tools in accordance with the goals, strategy and business priorities of the company. What you need to have for successful cooperation: Experience in corporate training of large teams and leaders areas from 2 years; Broad and deep understanding of business training methods and the skills of their effective use in education; Ability to create effective training programs and teach the material in a clear and accessible way; Skills of conducting and maintaining group dynamics. Ability to lead discussions, direct group exercises, develop cooperation and interaction between participants; Excellent presentation and public speaking skills; Communicability, high level of self-learning, desire to share knowledge; Experience in conducting sales and customer service training; Competent oral and written Ukrainian.
