Learning & Development Lead | Head of training and talent development in MAUDAU

Role Mission
L&D creates a culture of continuous learning within the company and ensures staff development in line with business goals. This is a key role for those who want to influence strategy, create modern training programs and help people grow and reach their potential.

What to do

• Develop and implement an L&D strategy focused on the company's business objectives.

• Analysis of training needs, assessment of competencies and identification of areas for development.

• Creation and coordination of training programs (onboarding, soft/hard skills, leadership, personnel reserve).

• Implementation of modern formats: online, offline, blended, microlearning, e-learning.

• Evaluation of training effectiveness (models, analytics, reporting).

• L&D team management, development of internal trainers and mentors programs.

• Cooperation with top management and external training providers.

What is important to us

• 5+ years in L&D / HR / Talent Development, of which at least 2 years in a managerial position.

• Practical experience in developing and implementing training programs.

• Experience in team management and coordination of internal/external trainers.

• Ability to analyze needs, manage budgets and measure training performance.

• High communication, facilitation, coaching and leadership skills.

Education and certifications

• Education (HR, psychology, pedagogy, management, business administration).

• An additional advantage will be certifications in L&D (HRM, ICAgile, coaching, facilitation, etc.).

Languages and tools

• Fluent Ukrainian, English will be an advantage.

• Proficient use of MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Experience with LMS, HRIS or other learning automation systems.
