Learning & Development Associate in Orion Group

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly driven Learning and Development Associate to join our team. This role will support with the design, development, and implementation of L&D programs. This individual will work closely with internal stakeholders to help run Orion’s leadership development program, skills-based workshops, management trainings, performance reviews, and community building initiatives. They’ll also assist with the maintenance of Orion’s learning management system, the creation of new learning materials and programs, and cross-team continuous improvement projects.Candidate CompetenciesCandidates should have 2-4 years of professional experience.Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.Curiosity and a growth mindset, as well as the ability to learn quickly.We welcome applicants with varying degree levels from any field of study.This role is remote but requires the ability to travel 30% of the time across a broad geographic footprint.Compensation And Benefits OverviewThe salary range for this role is $70-80k.The candidate will be eligible for the company’s group benefit plans, which include medical and dental. Eligibility for Orion’s 401K plan will come after 3 months, which matches 100% of the first 3% of contributions and 50% of the next 2%, and vests immediately.The candidate will be eligible for unlimited vacation in accordance with Orion’s vacation policy.Travel is expected in the course of employment.
