What we will do: - Diagnose the needs for training and development of personnel, including using the Assessment Center method; - Develop plans, methodologies and training programs in accordance with identified business needs and goals; - Create educational materials: instructions, presentations, cases, video courses, etc.; - Conduct classroom and online training, as well as assessment and training of personnel at the workplace; - Develop and conduct team-building activities, moderate meetings and team sessions; - Monitor external offers of training and staff development, communicate with organizers and contractors; - Participate in the development and implementation of HR department strategy and projects.
