We are actively expanding the Nova engineering team in Ukraine. Today, Nova has a stable project load more than a year ahead, so we are scaling and plan to increase the team by more than 100 new engineers.

Our HR Team is waiting for an experienced L&D specialist to help us train a team of high-quality engineers and lead a large-scale development projectNova Corporate University and implement a culture of continuous learning in the company.

Your main tasks:

• Implementation of L&D strategy oriented to the company's business goals.
• Formation of Nova Corporate University
• Implementation LMS
• Creation and coordination of training programs (soft/hardskills, leadership, personnel reserve, mentorship).
• Assist in the preparation and organization of training events, implementation of modern formats.
• Evaluation of training effectiveness (models, analytics, reporting).

This role is for you if you:

• Have experience as an L&D Specialist from 2 years
• Have practical experience in developing and implementing training programs.
• Strategic thinker and result-oriented.
• Have high communication, facilitation, coaching and work skills with managers.
• You know how to analyze needs, manage the budget and measure the effectiveness of training.
• An additional advantage will be certifications in the direction of L&D
