Required expertise:
Professional skills:
- work experience in a similar position for 3 years or more
- additional business education (certification) will be an advantage
- knowledge of teaching methodology and development of educational materials for classroom and online learning
- experience in implementing and filling the LMS system
- experience in developing new educational materials and trainings based on artificial intelligence
- intermediate English language skills (oral and written)
- experience work in Google Workplace (Gmail, drive, docs, meet, calendar)
- mastery of presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Presentation, Canva)

You will be responsible for:
- training needs analysis: conducting an analysis of staff competencies and knowledge to identify areas that require training or development; research of current development needs and future needs to achieve the strategic goals of the Company
- planning of training programs: development of long-term and short-term training plans, taking into account the needs of the business and the goals of the Company; choosing appropriate training methods, determining the budget, drawing up a training schedule
- development of training materials: creation of training materials (curriculums, presentations, training manuals, online courses) for effective transfer of knowledge and skills to personnel
< li>organization of training events: planning and coordination of training sessions, seminars, workshops and other training events- selection and training of trainers, rental of equipment and premises, registration of participants
- evaluation of training effectiveness: conducting evaluation of training results in order to determine its effectiveness and make adjustments to training programs if necessary; conducting participant surveys, testing knowledge, tracking pre- and post-training performance indicators
- communication and collaboration: interacting with different departments and management levels of the organization to understand their training needs and contribute to the achievement of common goals
