Currently, we have separated into a separate company to share our experience and expertise externally, remaining an IT support for those who bring light and contribute to the recovery of the country. We are currently looking for a Learning & Development Manager to build, implement and manage the strategy of lifelong learning culture of internal and external learning for increasing the efficiency of employees and achieving the company's business goals. Position functions: • Determination of training and development needs of employees • Organization and development of educational projects, launch of new training programs (soft & hard skills) for internal and external audiences • Organization of the process of technical certification of employees • Monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of educational programs • Creation of a knowledge sharing system (identification of relevant topics, search for trainers, methodical assistance with content development, filling of the knowledge base with educational material, etc.) • Creation of career maps and learning paths (creation of a matrix of roles, development of road maps) • Participation in the construction of the IT Academy • Implementation of internship programs for students, building partnerships with universities and educational institutions • Participation in other projects (English language courses, employee evaluation, personnel reserve, etc.) Necessary skills (hard skills): • Evidence of work in the position L&D from 3 years • Experience in creating and managing L&D projects from 0 • Knowledge of the market of local and international providers of training programs, courses and speakers • Experience in planning and organizing the employee certification process • Skills in developing and organizing training events of various formats and scales (trainings, workshops, conferences, webinars, hackathons, e-courses, etc.) online/offline• Knowledge of the principles of evaluating the effectiveness of training• Skills in building and managing a career map & competence matrix• Experience in creating educational content from scratch (trainings, e-courses, guides, checklists, presentations, newsletters, feedback questionnaires, etc.)• Experience in conducting training• Skills in researching from various sources, finding new solutions, processing and analyzing information (example: analyze the market of trainers, their programs, write down selection criteria and choose the best ones)• Development experience and implementation of internship programs for students, building partnerships with universities and educational institutions• Experience in implementing mentoring / mentoring programs.• Experience in creating a knowledge base• Experienced user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Will be a plus:• Experience in IT and knowledge of IT technologies• Experience in developing and organizing training programs for external and internal audiences (IT training)• Experience in working with LMS systems• Intermediate+ (oral/written communication with international providers of training programs; search for information on English-language sources) Necessary skills (soft skills): • Responsibility • Orientation to results (focus, perseverance) • Ability to work inmultitasking mode and in conditions of change • Initiative • Creativity • Independence (experience in work organization, projects) • Excellent communication skills (presentation skills, negotiation skills) • Analytical thinking • Team work We offer: • Official employment • Competitive conditions and bonus program • Corporate health insurance program• Corporate trainings and compensation for external studies• English language courses• Psychological support program for employees• Remote or hybrid format of work at the innovation park Unit CityWe appreciate those who accept challenges.
