Learning and Development manager in TraffHunt

Functional: Systematic selection of training programs for the development of hard skills based on individual development plans and group requests; Deep immersion in the business context to gather training needs and form training program metrics; Comprehensive independent management of training projects : work with customers, control of project implementation tasks and schedules, coordination of the work of the project team; Development and implementation of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs; Methodological work with content from experts, support of expert speakers and preparation for participation in training events; Preparation of communication for training events of the sessions, work with training participants: consultations, support, resolution of requests, monitoring of activity; Analysis of feedback from participants, calculation of training program metrics and formulation of proposals based on them; Formation of a library of educational materials by competencies; Organization of sessions and conferences for knowledge exchange. Necessary skills: Work experience of 1 year, priority gambling, betting, forex; Knowledge of the methodology of conducting various training activities and experience in their implementation (multi-module courses, electronic courses, educational videos, marathons, etc.); Knowledge of a wide range of digital tools for training and the ability to apply them; Ability to work with training requests, identify the customer's needs and formulating training goals; Ability to provide support, advise and resolve requests of training program participants, stimulate their activity and motivation; Ability to analyze data, identify trends and draw reasonable conclusions to improve training programs and processes; Ability to plan, organize and tackle training projects, taking into account resources, deadlines and expectations results; Computer skills: LMS-systems, PowerPoint, Excel at a high level - must, mastery of tools for interaction and engagement: Miro, Kahoot, Mentimeter.
