And now WE are looking for an energetic and ambitious TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER for gas station employees to join our team.

You suit us if:

        Experience in the development of a training system and its implementation;

        You are able to analyze staff training needs and create content for offline and on - online training;

        Know the techniques and methods of writing and conducting training; ;

        You know how to communicate and involve employees at different levels in cooperation;

        You have leadership qualities and know how to motivate a team.

Working conditions:

        Schedule 5/2 (09.00-17.00).
