Hello everybody! We are looking for a Learning & Development manager. The TRAFF HUNT company is a TOP 5 Affilate Marketing team of Ukraine that is actively growing and developing. Functional: Systematic selection of training programs for the development of hard skills based on individual development plans and group requests; Deep immersion in the business context to collect training needs and form training metrics programs; Comprehensive independent management of educational projects: work with customers, control of project tasks and schedules, coordination of the work of the project team; Development and implementation of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs; Methodological work with content from experts, support of expert speakers and preparation for participation in educational events; Preparation of communication for training events and sessions, work with training participants: consultations, support, resolution of requests, monitoring of activity; Analysis of feedback from participants, calculation of training program metrics and formulation of proposals based on them; Formation of a library of training materials by competencies; Organization of sessions and conferences with the exchange of knowledge. Necessary skills: Work experience from 1 year, priority is given to gambling, betting, forex; Knowledge of the methodology of conducting various training activities and experience in their implementation (multi-module courses, electronic courses, educational videos, marathons, etc. .);Knowledge of a wide range of digital tools for training and the ability to apply them;Ability to work with training requests, identify customer needs and formulate training goals;Ability to provide support, advise and resolve training program participants' requests, stimulate their activity and motivation;Ability analyze data, identify trends and draw informed conclusions to improve training programs and processes; Ability to plan, organize and manage training projects, taking into account resources, deadlines and expected results; PC skills: LMS systems, PowerPoint, Excel at a high level - must, proficiency tools for interaction and engagement: Miro, Kahoot, Mentimeter.
